Returns & Refunds

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Sealed products must remain unopened to qualify for a full refund.

• Opened trading card products, booster packs, and individual cards are generally non-refundable unless they were received damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item to assist with the claim process.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
